MySQL 7.3 Cluster has been finally released as a general availability (GA) release. From now on foreign keys are fully supported in MySQL Cluster as well as new NoSQL JavaScript with node.js, Foreign Keys, and Auto-Tuned Clustering features. You can download it freely from mysql.com
